Tuna Pasta Recipe

It’s pasta time!

Serves: 4-6
Time: 30 minutes

  • 500g Fusilli pasta
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 2 tins light meat tuna chunks in brine, drained

How To Make Tuna Pasta 

  1. Prepare the pasta according to packaging instructions, set aside
  2. Heat a pan and add the oil.
  3. Saute the onions until soft, add the spices and saute for a further minute.
  4. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta and tuna to the pan and toss to coat
  6. Season to taste and serve.
