How To Make Chocolate-Covered Potato Crisps
1. Line a tray with baking paper. Carefully select 20–24 whole, unbroken crisps. 2. Place the chocolate in a clean, dry heatproof bowl and melt it gently over a saucepan of barely simmering water, making sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir until smooth. 3. Dip each crisp into the chocolate or spoon the chocolate over it until fully coated. Allow the excess to drip back into the bowl. 4. Place on the lined tray and immediately finish with a small pinch of flaky sea salt. 5. Leave at cool room temperature until completely set, then taste and decide: Hot Mess or Success?
