Warm Citrus & Cinnamon Swiss Roll Bread Pudding

Winter calls for warm pudding with Clover Custard!

Serves: 4 – 6

  • 2 store-bought Swiss roll, sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup Clover Custard
  • 1 ½ cups fresh cream
  • 2 Tbsp orange zest
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • To serve:
  • Clover Custard
  • Fresh mixed berries

How To Make Warm Citrus & Cinnamon Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 180°. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer the sliced Swiss rolls in the dish. In a bowl whisk together eggs, Clover Custard, cream, sugar, vanilla essence, orange zest and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the mixture over the Swiss rolls and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to slightly cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a generous amount of Clover Custard.
