Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.Layer the sliced Swiss rolls in the dish. In a bowl whisk together eggs, Clover Custard, cream, sugar, vanilla essence, orange zest and cinnamon.Pour the mixture over the Swiss rolls and bake for 25-30 minutes.Remove from the oven and allow to slightly cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a generous amount of Clover Custard.
