Are you stuck with a “what’s for dinner rut?” Do you have chicken, olives and feta? These are the main ingredients you need to make one of Zoes favourite meals.

Ingredients:
6-8 chicken thigh & drumbsticks 1 tin Indian tomato tin 1/3 Cup basil pesto 1-2 discs feta ¼ Cup olives, pipped 1 Tbsp olive oil salt & pepper, to taste
naan bread, to serve 2 Tbsp basil pesto, to serve
Method:
Bring a saucepot to medium-high heat, add the oil and chicken pieces and brown off the chicken for about 6-8 minutes. Add the Indian tomato to the chicken and a dash of water. Allow to cook for 8-10 minutes until thickened. Add the basil pesto, crumbled feta, olives, salt and pepper. To serve, spread some basil pesto over the naan bread and serve with the cooked chicken.
