5 Ingredient ice-cream cake Recipe

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice-cream! This no bake, flop proof dessert is ideal for these hot summer days and with only 5 ingredients needed to prepare this delicious showstopper.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Litres ice cream softened (lifestyle segment)
  • 100g mixed nuts toasted chopped
  • 2 cups Puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup caramel drops melted
  • 200ml caramel sauce
    Garnish
  • Fudge pieces

How To Make 5 Ingredient ice-cream cake

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix together the cereal and melted chocolate, place the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Decant the ice-cream into a large bowl, fold through the nuts, crumble in the caramel covered cereal and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Line a cake tine with cling wrap and add the ice-cream mixture to the tin. Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours about. To serve drizzle over caramel sauce and portion.
