Cajun Chicken Burger Recipe
You can create a crispy coating for your burgers with Kellogg’s Corn Flakes and All-Bran Flakes to deliver that satisfying crunch!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup Kellogg’s All Bran Flakes
- ½ cup Kellogg’s Corn Flakes
- ½ cup Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Crumbs
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 cup mixed lettuce leaf salad
- 2 slices gouda cheese
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup guacamole
- 2 burger buns, toasted
How To Make:
- Prepare an air fryer.
- In a bowl, add the chicken, Cajun seasoning and one tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Place the All-Bran & Corn Flakes in a zip lock bag, seal and crush using a rolling pin.
- Add the crush mixture to a shallow bowl with the Corn Flakes Crumbs, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place the flour and eggs in two separate bowls.
- Coat the chicken in the flour, followed by the eggs and then the cereal mixture. Brush with the remaining oil.
- Place in the air fryer and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Open the air fryer and place the two slices of cheese on the chicken cook for a further minute to melt the cheese.
- Assemble the burgers; place a generous amount of mayo each bun base, followed by lettuce, chicken breasts, guacamole and the red onions. Cover with the top bun and serve!
