Chicken Meatball Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 300g Chicken mince
  • 415g DENNY BUTTER CHICKEN CURRY Cook-In-Sauce
  • 4 cups cooked basmati rice

How To Make Chicken Meatball Casserole

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Season the chicken mince with salt and pepper then using a measuring spoon or cup, scoop out portions of the chicken mince and form into small to medium meatballs.
  3. In a pot, heat up the DENNY’S BUTTER CHICKEN CURRY Cook-In-Sauce and once hot, add the meat balls.
  4. Cover the pot and transfer into the oven to cook for 20-25min.
  5. Serve the meatballs and sauce atop some cooked basmati rice. Enjoy!
