Clover Bliss Butterbean & Chorizo Stew

Feeding a family on a budget, with just 5 ingredients seems impossible but with a few flavoursome ingredients and the creamy indulgence of Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, our Butterbean and Chorizo stew will have the family coming back for more and more!

200g chorizo, sliced
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin butterbeans, drained
2 tbsp harissa or chermoula pesto
1 cup Bliss Double Cream Yoghurt, plain flavour


Heat a glug of oil in a large pan and add in the chorizo. Gently fry for a few minutes, then stir in the butterbeans, pesto and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of sugar to balance the acidity. Stir through the Bliss Double cream yogurt and serve with rice or naan bread
