Clover Bliss Chocolate Bundt Cake

An indulgent chocolate bundt cake that is incredibly moist and even more decadently glazed with the indulgence of  cream chocolate dairy dessert.

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons bicarb
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
1 cup warm coffee
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup Clover Bliss Chocolate dairy dessert
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, bicarb, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined.
Add eggs, warm water, buttermilk, Bliss Chocolate dairy dessert, oil, and vanilla. Use a hand mixer to beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times to allow any air bubbles to escape.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn out onto the racks and allow to cool completely and serve with Bliss medium cream chocolate dairy dessert.

Chefs Tip: Add chocolate chips to the batter for a more chocolatey taste.
