Clover Bliss Monkey Brunch Bread with Yoghurt Glaze
Monkey bread is a sweet, gooey bundt cake made from balls of dough and often served at breakfast or brunch in America.

Ingredients:
500g store bought bread dough
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup butter, melted
2 cups strawberries, chopped
For the glaze:
1 cup Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, red velvet flavor
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup almond flakes, toasted
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a brundt baking tin.
Roll out the bread dough until 2-3cm thick. Cut the dough into 2cm x 2cm pieces. In a zip lock bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon, shake to combine. Add the bread dough pieces to the bag and shake to cover each dough piece in cinnamon sugar. Layer the bread dough pieces and the strawberries alternately in the prepare brundt tin. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar and pour the mixture over into the baking tin. Bake for 20-25minutes until the bread is cooked through. In the meantime, prepare the glaze by whisking together all the ingredients. When the monkey bread comes out the over, flip over onto a serving platter or plate and pour over the glaze. Top with the toasted nuts and serve immediately
Chefs Tip: You can add textures to the topping to take it up a notch
