It’s a great, tasty twist on the overnight oats and makes an indulgent, filling and decadent breakfast.
Serves: 2 Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2-3 blocks wholegrain wheat breakfast cereal , crushed 2-3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp honey ½ cup cream cheese 1 cup Clover Bliss yoghurt, lemon meringue flavour 1 cup fresh raspberries 2 tbsp honey Fresh berries for topping
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and Clover Bliss double cream yoghurt. Make the raspberry coulis by adding the raspberries to a small saucepan along with the honey. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes until thick. Set aside. Place the crushed wheat breakfast cereal into serving bowls and pour over the milk. Drizzle with honey then top with the Bliss yoghurt mixture. Top with raspberry coulis and garnish with fresh berries.
