Clover Bliss Red Velvet Yoghurt Bark

What’s one cake like dessert that requires no cooking or baking? I’ll go first, Clover Bliss Double Cream Red Velvet yoghurt.
Bu if you are wanting to impress someone and make it a little more special, try turning into a yoghurt bark – perfectly suited to make ahead time and the best part is that you don’t need electricity to put it together.

Serves: 3-4
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, red velvet flavour
½ cup white chocolate, melted
1 cup mixed berries
¼ cup chopped nuts
½ cup coconut shavings, toasted
2 tsp honey

Method:

Scoop the Bliss yoghurt onto a lined baking sheet. Swirl in the white chocolate. Slice the larger sized berries and place into the yoghurt along with the nuts and coconut shavings.

Place into the freezer to set. Once set, break into chunks and drizzle with honey before serving

Chefs Tip: 

Even though it requires the freezer to set, you’ll be happy to know that you could enjoy the same recipe in a bowl with a spoon and it will be just as good!
