Air Fryer donuts Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 tbsp yeast
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 4 cups flour
• Pinch of salt
• 6 tbsp Clover Butro
• Cinnamon sugar

How To Make Air Fryer donuts 


1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mill, yeast and sugar. Allow to stand for a few minutes then whisk in the egg.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add a 1/3 of the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and mix, then add in a tablespoon of the Clover Butro. Continue until the yeast mixture and Clover Butro has been well incorporated to form a soft, smooth dough and knead for a few minutes.
3. Transfer to a lightly greased bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel to rise until doubled in size. Once the dough has risen, divide into pieces. Stretch and roll into a log and form twists.
4. Working in batches, transfer the donuts to the air fryer basket and brush lightly with Clover Butro. Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 180C until golden brown. Remove and toss in cinnamon sugar.
