Clover Cheese Pasta Bowl

Creamy, gooey and cheesy pasta with toasty bread is the ultimate comfort food mash up. The triple threat mac and cheese gives the Elite Quality, Elite taste and Elite texture to this dish and there’s one less dish to wash as we serve it in a toasty bread bowl. Lets get to it!

4 crispy bread rolls, hollowed out
1 cup cream
1 cup ready made cheese sauce
1 cup grated Clover Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Clover Tussers cheese
200g cooked elbow pasta shells
Salt and pepper to taste

For the topping
1 cup Breadcrumbs (from insides of bread rolls)
1 disc Clover Feta, crumbled
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 180C
Add the cheese sauce to a saucepan and pour in the cream. Stir in the cheese and stir until melted.
Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cooked pasta. Toss to combine

Mix together the ingredients for the topping. Scoop the cheesy pasta into the prepared bread bowls. Top with the feta topping and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the bread bowl is golden in colour, as well as the breadcrumbs. Serve warm.
