Clover Classic Custard and Fruit Fridge tart
If you ever needed a reason to celebrate the sweet, tasty, juicy seasonal fruit, celebrate it with a delicious fruit fridge tart.
Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:
500g Clover classic Custard
1 packet of instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups cream whipped to stiff peaks
1 pack coconut biscuits
Caramelised almond flakes
1/3 cup almond nut butter
4 tbsp honey
1 large mango
2 kiwi
Few strawberries
Method:
In a large bowl mix together the instant pudding and milk until smooth. Whisk in the Clover Classic custard and fold in the cream. Layer a large rectangle dish with coconut biscuits, top with a layer of the custard mixture, even out the layer by using a spatula. Add some slcies fruit on top. Add another layer of biscuits followed by the remaining custard mixture. Dollop over the almond nut butter, sprinkle over the almonds and allow the dish to chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
To serve, flan your seasonal fruits and place on top of your dessert, drizzle with honey, portion to individual bowls and enjoy.
