5-6 sheets phyllo pastry ½ cup cinnamon sugar ½ cup melted butter 2-3 apples, thinly sliced into crescents Maple Syrup for drizzling Clover Classic Custard for serving
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Brush the phyllo sheets with the melted butter, sprinkle over the sugar and slice into thick strips. Layer the slice apples onto the phyllo strips, slightly overlapping each other. Roll up into a rose and place a greased muffin tin. Drizzle over the maple syrup and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with Clover Classic custard.
