Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C Beat together the butter and sugar until smooth and pale. Add eggs one a time until combined, then whisk in the jam. Mix the milk, bicarb and vinegar together, then stir into the egg mixture, alternating with flour, until a smooth batter is formed. Grease a donut tray and scoop in the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Clover Classic Custard.
