500g beef fillet or large steak
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, chopped

Squeeze of lime
Clover Classic dairy snack, plain flavour
For garnish
Handful fresh mint
Handful fresh coriander
Sliced radhishes
Spring onions, chopped
Method:
Drizzle the peanut oil over the meat and season with salt and pepper. Grill meat on medium to high heat and once browned, lower the heat and continue to cook to your liking.
Add another glug of oil to a saucepan and add in the garlic and ginger. Stir in the soy sauce, coconut cream, sugar and bring to a boil. Add in the peanut butter and stir until melted then squeeze in the lime.
Slice the meat and arrange on serving plate, drizzle over the satay sauce, Clover Classic dairy snack and garnish with fresh herbs and garnishes. Serve with side of your choice.
Chefs Tip:
- You can use a good piece of steak instead of beef fillet, pork fillet or even chicken fillet would work well too
- You could also substitute the meat and use fresh veggies with the same marinate ingredients
