1 pack chicken wings 1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup fish sauce ¼ cup Krush orange flavour ¼ cup honey 1 clove garlic, crushed Thumbsize ginger, grated 1 chilli chopped or 2 tsp dried chilli flakes Juice and zest of 1 lime Fresh coriander for serving Chopped peanuts to serve
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C. In a bowl, mix together the lemongrass, soy sauce, Krush juice, honey, garlic, ginger, chilli and the juice and zest of 1 lime.
Mix to combine and add the chicken wings to the bowl. Toss to coat the wings. Place the wings onto a baking tray and brush or pour over the rest of the sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are cooked through. Serve with fresh coriander, peanuts, a squeeze of lime and a fresh veg salad
