Clover Classic Strawberry and Chocolate Fridge Tart

When it comes to dessert, chocolate always wins!

1 pack chocolate biscuits, crushed
100g Clover Classic Fat spread, melted
350g milk chocolate, chopped
180g dark chocolate, chopped
200ml double cream
100ml fresh cream
2 cups strawberries, sliced in half lengthways
Fresh mint for garnish


Add the biscuits to a bowl and pour in the butter. Mix until it resembled breadcrumbs and press into a greased and lined square baking dish. Allow to set in fridge.
Add the berries along the walls of the square dish, the cut side facing outwards on the walls of the dish and fill the centre with the rest of the strawberries.
Heat the cream in a small saucepot and stir in the chocolate. Whisk until smooth and pour the chocolate mix onto the biscuit and strawberry base and place into the fridge to set.
Slice into squares, garnish with mint and serve.

Chefs Tip:Y ou can add additional ingredients like chopped nuts to the filling.
You can decide to use only dark chocolate.
