1 sheet puff pastry 1cup cream cheese, sweet chilli flavour 1 cup chutney 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional) 2 cups shredded chicken 1 cup Clover Gouda cheese, grated 1 cups Clove Tussers cheese, grated ½ cup corn kernels, drained ½ red onion, thinly sliced 1 tbsp dried oregano Handful fresh parsley, chopped Eggwash for brushing
Method:
Place the puff pastry onto a floured surface and spread over the cream cheese. In a bowl, mix together the chutney and hot sauce if using and spread on top. Add the shredded chicken, Clover Elite cheese, corn kernels, red onion and sprinkle over the herbs Roll up into a log and slice to make the pinwheels. Brush with egg wash. Place the pinwheels into the airfryer to bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown in colour Serve with extra chutney.
