If you’re looking for something to satisfy that sweet tooth after a delicious dinner that won’t take up too much of your time
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
¾ cup dark chocolate, chopped 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 large egg 1 tbsp Clover Fresh milk 1 tsp vanilla essence ¼ cup caramel
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C Melt the chocolate and butter together. In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, four and baking powder. Add the egg, milk, vanilla essence and chocolate mixture. Whisk until well combined. Pour into greased ramekins. Mix a tablespoon of milk with the caramel and drop add a teaspoon of caramel into the centre of the batter in each ramekin. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are set and he centre is jiggly. Invert onto a plate and serve with more caramel.
Chefs Tip:You can make the batter ahead of time – and bake it off close to the time when you are ready to serve
