Croissant Bread Pudding Recipe
This recipe is great for the sweet tooth folks and will be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
- 6 croissants
- 1-2 cups Fruits of the
- Forest dairy snack
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups full cream milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Seeds of 1 vanilla pod
- VANILLA SAUCE:
- ½ cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup double thick cream
- Seeds of 1 vanilla pod
How To Make Croissant Bread Pudding
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray a rectangular casserole dish with spray & cook.
- Pour the Fruits of the forest into the sliced croissants and cut the croissants into bite size cubes. Layer them in the prepared dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Pour it over the bread gently pressing the bread down into the mixture.
- Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes so the bread can soak up the custard.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is browned and the pudding is set. Let the pudding rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
- Make the vanilla sauce and pour over the pudding.
