4 thick bread slices ½ cup milk 3 eggs ¼ cup Clover Go Nuts Peanut butter 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence Pinch of cinnamon 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 banana, cut into slices ½ cup blueberries 3-4 strawberries, cut into slices Honey or maple syrup for topping Chopped peanuts for garnish
Method:
Whisk together milk, eggs, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla essence and cinnamon in a large bowl. Spread Go Nuts peanut butter on one side of a slice of bread and sandwich together with another Heat a pan with the vegetable oil. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture, soaking on both sides. Place into a heated pan and cook on both sides until golden brown in colour. Garnish with banana, berries, maple syrup and chopped peanuts.
