Crosse & Blackwell Kasi Magic Kota

1 unsliced loaf of White Bread
4 Tbsp Jalepeno Atchar
4 Medium Sized Potatoes, peeled and cut into chips
3 tbsp Chips Seasoning
4 Russian Sausages
4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
8 Streaks of Bacon
4 Eggs
Crosse & Blackwell Kasi Magic sauce of your choice
Oil for deep frying


Heat the oil for deep frying.
Cut the loaf in half, then cut the half into quarters and cut the center of the loafs out.
Place the potato chips in the hot oil and deep fry until golden. Remove from the oil and transfer to a bowl, season with chips seasoning and toss.
Drizzle oil in a plan and fry the bacon and Russian sausages until golden. In separate pan, fry the eggs to soft-medium.
Spoon the atchar into the hollow centers of the quartered bread. Add the chips, followed by cheese, eggs, bacon, Russian and a generous squeeze of Kasi Magic.

Chefs Tip: You can also prepare the chips, bacon and sausages in the oven or air fryer for fat reduced recipe.
