Clover Krush Croque Monsieur

A quick and easy version of a Croque Monsieur  – perfect with a refreshing 100% Krush!

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup béchamel sauce
4 slices bread
3-4 ham slices
1 cu grated gruyere cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200C.
Spread each slice of bread with a layer of béchamel, spreading it all the way to the edges. Top with ham, a handful of gruyere chees and a sprinkle of parmesan. Top with the remaining slices of bread and top with more béchamel sauce and sprinkle more cheese on top.

Place onto a greased skillet or baking tray and bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top. Serve with a refreshing Krush juice.

Chefs Tip:

You can also try a croquet madam by placing a poached egg on top of the sandwich after it has come out of the oven.
