Clover Krush Orange & Poppyseed Gluten Free Cake

Has your sweet tooth got you craving for something refreshingly zesty fruity? 100% But if you are gluten intolerant, its not so 100%. The good news is that you can get that 100% refreshing, tasty goodness with a 100% Krush fruit juice.

Serves 6-8
Time: 40-45 minutes

Ingredients:

2 eggs
½ cup sugar
12oml yoghurt
1/2 cup oil
½ cup Krush Orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cup gluten free flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
pinch of salt

For the icing
1 cup icing sugar
¼ cup Krush orange juice
Poppy seeds for sprinkling

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, yoghurt, Krush juice, zest of orange, oil and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth and creamy

Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix until just combined. Stir in the poppy seeds

Pour into prepared baking tin and bakr for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

Make the icing by combining all the ingredients and spread over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with poppyseeds and serve with a refreshing Krush.
