Clover Sip Up Chocolate and Berry Flatbread

Level up from the savoury version and you can add any of your favourite toppings to turn them into a sweet treat.

Ingredients:

For the flatbread
2 cups flour
pinch of salt
¼ cup sugar
2/3 cup Sip Up, Choc Chip Flavour

For the topping
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
½ cup chocolate shavings/flaked chocolate
½ cup chopped nuts
2 cups assorted berries
Icing sugar for dusting

Method:

Prepare the sweet flatbread by combing the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the Sip Up and mix to combine, until a soft dough is formed. Knead into a soft dough and allow dough to rest for a few minutes. Break off pieces and roll out on a floured surface into a flatbread/naan shape.

Heat a dash of oil in a saucepan and fry off the dough until golden in colour on both sides. Whilst still slightly warm, spread a thick layer of the chocolate hazelnut spread, top with chocolate shavings, nuts and berries. Dust with icing sugar and serve.

Chefs Tip: For a protein punch, add a nut butter and banana to your flatbread.
