Clover Sip Up Chocolate Chia Pudding

Level up with a healthier breakfast or snack option!

½ cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup/honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 cups Clover Sip Up, Choc Chip flavour
¼ cup chia seeds

For the parfait
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp toasted almond flakes or chopped walnuts


In a bowl mix together the cocoa power, Sip Up, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon.
Whisk until combined and stir in the chia seeds. Allow to set in fridge for 10 minutes, in between stirring.
Assemble by adding the chia pudding to a jar or serving glass, top with fruit and nuts to serve.

Chefs Tip: For a protein punch, add a nut butter and banana to your parfait. Ensure that the chia seeds are properly absorbed by the liquid by allowing sufficient absorption time
