Sip Up Strawberry, Cardamom & Rosewater Lassi

As we continue to explore the flavours of the Indian subcontinent, you may have heard about a Lassi. It is a blend of yoghurt and spices and today we’re leveling it up with a Clover Sip Up Strawberry, cardamom and rosewater lassi – now that will tantalize the taste buds.

2 cups fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
2 tsp honey
¼ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup Clover Sip Up, strawberry flavour
pinch of ground cardamom
¼ tsp rosewater


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a pinch of ground cardamom and chopped strawberry.

Chefs Tip:

You can use a strawberry puree or couli instead of fresh strawberries.

Need to cool down on a hot day? Freeze the strawberries and then add them to the blender. 

The lassi can also be used a cooling beverage when consuming spicy food
