Soft pillowy gnocchi in a creamy, pesto sauce made with Clover Fresh Milk!
Ingredients:
1 pack ready-made gnocchi
1 cup tinned chopped tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Basil pesto
1 cup Clover Fresh milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan for topping
How To Make Baked Pesto Gnocchi
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place gnocchi into a greased baking dish and mix in the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add a teaspoon of sugar to balance the acidity.
In a pan over medium heat, add the pesto and whisk in Clover fresh milk. Once thoroughly combined, pour the pesto mixture over the gnocchi and top with grated parmesan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with another grating of parmesan.
