Cook the gnocchi according to packaging instructions.
In a large pan, add in the oil, onion and sauté until translucent.
Add in the garlic, harissa paste and fry until fragrant.
Add in the cream, water, crumbled feta and bring allow to simmer for 2 minutes, add in the cooked gnocchi, sundried tomatoes, basil, season to taste and serve hot.
Chefs Tip:
-Swop out the harissa paste with basil pesto
-For extra cheesiness and in ½ cup of grated parmesan
-Elevate this dish by making a herbed bread crumb topping for texture
