Creamy Feta & Harissa Gnocchi Recipe

  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 discs of Clover Feta Elite Cheese
  • ¼ cup harissa paste
  • A handful fresh basil leaves shredded
  • 1 packet Gnocchi (blue cheese)
  • ½ cup reserved water from pasta
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

How To Make Creamy Feta & Harissa Gnocchi

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to packaging instructions.
  2. In a large pan, add in the oil, onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add in the garlic, harissa paste and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add in the cream, water, crumbled feta and bring allow to simmer for 2 minutes, add in the cooked gnocchi, sundried tomatoes, basil, season to taste and serve hot.


Chefs Tip: 

-Swop out the harissa paste with basil pesto

-For extra cheesiness and in ½ cup of grated parmesan

-Elevate this dish by making a herbed bread crumb topping for texture
