Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat Asian noodle nest (57g raw)
- 100g chopped chicken breast (Raw)
- 10g chilli paste
- 70ml Mushroom & soya stir fry sauce (Woolies)
- Chopped mixed peppers
- ¼ Chopped onion
- ½ Spring onion
- 5g Cashews

How To Make Roasted Chilli & Cashew Nut Noodles
1.Throw the onion, pepper and chicken into a non-stick pan. (Spray with non-stick spray)
2. Season and allow to brown.
3. Pop the noodles into a pot of boiled water with a pinch of salt for 8 minutes or until tender – drain and set aside.
4. Once the chicken is browned, add the chilli paste and stir fry sauce – followed by the cooked noodles.
5. Coat the noodles in the sauce – serve in a big ole bowl and top with spring onion and cashews!

- 50g Fat Free Smooth Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Wasabi
- 1/4 Chopped Cucumber
- 1/2 Grated Carrot
- 120g Cooked Prawns
- 20g Light Mayo
- 40g Avocado
- Sprinkle Sesame Seeds

How To Make Prawn Sushi Bites
1. Start with the corn thins as your base
2. Followed by your nori and cottage cheese
3. Top with your toppings – wasabi, carrot, cucumber
4. Mix the prawns with mayo and add
5. Finish with avocado and sesame seeds

- 2 ½ Oreo cookies

How To Make Lean Girl Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream Hack
1. Blend frozen yoghurt with two oreo cookies.
2. Pour into a cup or bowl and sprinkle with ½ crushed oreo – enjoy
