How To Make Grilled Lamb Chops
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub the marinade all over the chops.
- Heat your grill or braai to medium-high.
- Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
- Place lamb chops on the grill.
- Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side for medium- rare, or longer if you prefer them more done.
- Use tongs to flip — avoid piercing the meat to keep the juices in.
- Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- This allows the juices to redistribute.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favourite sides.
