Spicy Nduja Mac & Cheese and Loaded Italian Loaf
From rich cheeses and ripe tomatoes to golden olive oil and hearty pasta, every ingredient brings a taste of Italy to your table!
Ingredients:
- Macaroni Cheese 1 kg
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Nduja Paste
- Italian Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese 200 g
How To Make Spicy Nduja Mac & Cheese
- Heat the Macaroni Cheese as per packaging instructions.
- In a medium heat pan, fry the cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar, stir it.
- Squash the cherry tomatoes with the back of your spoon, add 2 big table spoons of Nduja Paste and let it simmer.
- Throw it over the heated Mac & Cheese.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh Basil.
- Heat the macaroni cheese according to the package instructions.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
- Season with a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Gently press the tomatoes with the back of a spoon to release their juices.
- Stir in 2 heaping tablespoons of nduja paste and let it simmer.
- Pour the nduja-tomatoes over the hot macaroni cheese.
- Sprinkle generously with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Truffle 70 g
- Fresh Basil
- Italian Parsley
- Provolone Cheese
- Sundried Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Olives, halved
- Mozzarella, Grated
How To Make Loaded Italian Loaf
- Stuff each section generously with truffle salame, halved olives, sundried tomatoes, grated mozzarella, and slices of provolone cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the filled loaf.
- Air fry or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil and Italian parsley before serving.
