Salted Caramel Freezo Recipe

Salted Caramel Freezo is delicious and super EASY to make!

  • 1 sachet Jacobs Salted Caramel
  • Flavoured Iced Cappuccino
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • Whipped cream
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings
  • 30g mini ginger biscuits

How To Make Salted Caramel Freezo

  1. Pour the contents of the Jacobs Salted Caramel Iced Cappuccino sachet in a mug, pour approximately 180ml of hot water, stir and allow to brew.
  2. Cool the cappuccino to room temperature.
  3. Place the brewed cappuccino and ice in a blender. Blend until mixture resembles a slushy.
  4. Drizzle half the caramel sauce into two glasses, add milk to each glass and top with the iced coffee.
  5. Top with whip cream, and sprinkle over the chocolate shavings.
