Jungle Oats 2-Ways

You know it’s officially winter when the Jungle Oats makes it way to the front of the cupboard again! And we don’t want you to have same ol’ oats EVERY morning … we want you to explore the world of delicious options that await you! And today we bring you 2 exciting variations : A Banoffee version and a Tiramisu version!

Jungle oats, the original favourite

Banoffee inspired oats:
1 sliced banana
¼ Cup caramel sauce
4 Tbsp whipped cream

Tiramisu inspired oats:
2 espresso shots
¼ Cup mascarpone
crushed lady finger biscuits, to serve
cocoa powder, for dusting

 

Method:
Cook the Jungle according to package instructions to serve 2.
Add the dessert inspired topping of your choice below and serve immediately.

Chefs Tip:

Fold in the prepared coffee and mascarpone into the cooked oats for the tiramisu inspired option.
