Lactose-Free Popsicle Recipe

Easy, delicious and lactose-free is all we need for a summery treat!

For the avocado and mango popsicle

  • 350 ml lactose free milk/ dairy alternative
  • 1 hass avocado cubed
  • 1 ½ cup fresh mango chopped
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

For the nectarine and banana popsicle

  • 3 yellow nectarines
  • 1 banana
  • 350ml lactose free milk/ dairy alternative
  • ¼ honey or maple syrup

How To Make Lactose-Free Popsicle Recipe

  1. In a blender, combine the ingredients for each popsicle until smooth.
  2. Place the mixture into popsicle molds with a popsicle stick and freeze until solid.
