Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup muesli or granola

How To Make Berry Booster Smoothie Jar

  1. Add everything but the muesli or granola to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a jar and top with granola or muesli for crunch!

  • 1 cup citrus fruit
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mango
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp granola
  • 2 tsp honey
