  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Clover Fresh Milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

How To Make Peanut Butter & Banana Overnight Oats

  1. In a jar or container, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the peanut butter is well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the banana slices.
  4. If using, stir in chia seeds or flaxseeds.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Stir before serving and enjoy cold or warmed up.
