Ingredients:

350g Simply Chicken Southern Style Bites
300g Egg Noodles, cooked
1 Cup Slaw Mix (red and/or green cabbage and carrot mix)
1 Red or Green Pepper, thinly sliced
2 Spring Onion Stalks, finely chopped
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Oyster sauce
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
3cm piece Ginger, peeled & grated
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method:

Prepare the Simply Chicken Southern Style Bites according to package instructions.
In the meantime, add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil into a small bowl, then mix together until combined.
In a large frying pan or wok, heat some oil and add the peppers, slaw mix and spring onions and pour in the sauce. Add the cooked chicken bites and stir in the noodles. Toss together, allowing everything to cook for a few minutes until the noodles have heated through.
Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.

Chefs Tip:

1. Add some chopped chilli to give this dish some heat.
2. An addition of some honey will give this dish a great balance of sweet and sour.
3. Make sure to use a hot pan when frying the vegetables, you don’t want to overcook the vegetables.
